Im not exactly sure either but there may be a number of reasons such as: -They will be ready as per order contract and buyer must pay and must take possession. - If you have handed over $50m the credit supplier will want to see the physical item in your possession. - The building may be built around the generators, ie they are placed on concrete slab prior to portal frames to allow for crane work. - The generators are the most critical and expensive part of the build, on the schedule in shows install as Jan 26 so only a few months early unless running late or delays so 3 months contingency is great. They then show 6 months connection and completion followed by commisi oning.
