your probably right Alex...its a chance for directors, generally at the CEO's directive, to show solidarity and support for a company, having said that I'd rather see directors buying than selling. I've bought in on WHC many times over the years and I've gotta say my batting average with them while not a Bradman average is right up there, over time WHC has had proven management and the latest move i see as masterstroke, its simply compelling and I've no doubt once the sale is completed the share price will immediately follow. to all Longterm holders your faith is about to be rewarded, for mercenary traders like myself i simply can't wait.
