I would be very surprised if she was dumping her shares in that manner with a view to getting the placement. That would be disgraceful. More likely she had resigned already and this was the act of a scorned lady. they don't need to announce the resignation on the day it happens.
Fanciful to think she will be buying now on market. Not a chance in hell.
