I wonder if she'd have a laugh at some of the sexism, vitriole, silly accusations and conspiracy theories being publicly made here though, if she'd be bothered to read it. Best to not forget that she's a lawyer.
Three facts in life that, IMO, are generally held to be true:
1. People do not want to pay more for something than they BELIEVE it to be worth or will be worth.
2. People do not sell the exact same thing that they want to buy at the exact same time. (Contrary to popular HC mythology.)
3. People do not sell things that they KNOW will immenently be worth more.
