It makes perfect sense. It would explain why she wanted them in such a hurry and also why she resigned. Shes only been there for a couple of months, so i dont think there would be much loyalty to the company and its shreholders
If for some reason there is a morning selldown it will be a golden oppotunity to get set for when she has no more shares to sell, thats if she hasnt sold the rest already which is very possible
