As I wrote way back when - buying in at $15m vs $30m is chump change if the board is communicating and acting in unison AND they are looking at a company making discovery. Whichever side of that AND you want to look at it, is entirely up to you.
Frankly I have little opinion in this case - and of course there is nothing wrong with a bit of speculation, but I suggest that HC is the last place you will find out the finer details of boardroom antics.
