if there was no dummy spit aspect
that means Flexiplan values the shares at less than 13c but more than 5.4c
a little bit tight a range for a rock chipper and driller just about to get some real data
my gut goes with dummy spit
13.4x13m= 1.74m Flexiplan paid 2x40m = 800k
take some money to stuff the rest of the board
(they own 50% of the shares)
let the rest ride free on good assay results
