frankocozzo - what you are suggesting there is that the board has conspired to use insider info to affect the market.
I would argue you are completely wrong as the board of ICG issued a detailed ANN last Friday outlining the situation which I was very pleased to take note of.
Perhaps you should consider asking HC moderators to remove that last post.
