Some good points there T4P and there's nothing you said that could be outright refuted ,in fact it's a reasonable possibility
Just two points.Presuming that because someone's a lawyer they wouldn't break the law ,consciously or not,is something not supported by the recent history of many lawyers in charge of public companies.Greed is greed ,lawyers are not immune,lol.
Secondly ,if you're in the know in a public company you don't have to be 'officially ' in the know .There are many ways and means as we all know
