Where did you get the additional $2.3M figure from? Are you sure you’re not mistaking the recent cap raise, less raise costs? I know they said they were going to leave the raise open, if undersubscribed, for 3 months, post the initial closing date. I’m not sure if that’s still active. It’s not like they can’t do anything to progress until they have the full $4M, that’s just the expected startup costs. I half expect to see some of the recent raised funds to go to servicing debt and new debt incurred to fund startup. I guess it depends on how the bulk sample is going; I’d like to say ‘hopefully we’ll hear something soon’, but we all know nothing they release is prompt.
