Can you see, anywhere, what the performance conditions are? As far as I’m aware (my personal experience) companies typically explain the conditions under the resolution description for the AGM, but, as usual with CLZ admin, it doesn’t tell shareholders squat; all it says is the compliance for issuing the performance rights. How are shareholders supposed to legitimately agree to performance rights when they aren’t aware of the conditions that need to be met in order to receive them??? For all I know they just have to pour one gold bar of whatever dismal size.
