correct - as sweet as it is worded - the bottomline is that TWO Directors have sold substantial parts of their holding - private placement or otherwise.

One of these guys is a Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs.

I for one dont like the read of this. The American Institutional Investor could EASILY get the number on market direct. So it wouldnt seem that they approached the directors. Rather the directors would have approached them.

So i completely trash the opening 2 sentences which make this announcement sound like the directors did something good.

Rethinking my short term strategy with LNC (long term is a hold - short term .. analysing given some new information)
