I had the same problem, guy went full Jordan Belfort on the call trying to sell me some stock not disclosed. Told him to go and take my details off his system.
On another matter, I've decided to take the hit and walk away from this one.
I’m not satisfied that the company is acting in good faith and properly disclosing sensitive information to the market. I’ve surmised that the Nomgon works has had a material change in production output not disclosed to market until after the fact in hope that they could bury the stuff up. I would note that the maintenance works on Nom-8 and Nom-9 was not scheduled and no notification released to market in advance, nor the new schedule of works disclosed until well after the fact. This lack of disclosure has put holders in a position where disclosure has not been transparent and may be in breach of standards.
I believe that this was done due to a drop in pressure from running the water pumps too hard, sanded the Nom-8 well out of commercial potential and the Nom-9 well is reduced in capacity - They need Nom-10 to continue production testing. This was done because the company took a risk in chasing a new resource estimate to flog to market in advance of the Grandis drill. As I’ve stated before, They are running too many projects with such a small team and are getting confounded, both in project risk and financial serviceability. They’ve gotten too ambitious and desperate.
Every time I’ve approached NY about disclosure he’s been evasive in my view and not disclosing what is going on to shareholders, sometimes even arrogant and dismissive, saying that he’s protecting links to Mongolia and sales markets in China, which in my view is BS. They can disclose truthful information to holders and do both if they have a product to sell. I’m reviewing the ASIC requirements now and there might be a case to answer for continuous disclosure and rights of holders to due diligence assessment.
