Every new place is different.
Chances of success are differenteach time. However we can learn from the past. STX kept failing try after try - for much the same reason. Slower pump rate did not change the end result. I can only point this out.
Being different the reasons for failure may be different and may mean there is success this time. Just be prepared for either situation in advance. Lots of shareholders in STX got trapped for years as the 'next few months' got extended again and again and again as they tried a new fix. The opportunity cost meanwhile was a terrible thing.
