I had our 'friends' who conducted the recent EXR Webinar call me Tuesday afternoon, trying to sell me a subscription to their service with their share recommendations. Lets just say the conversation went south, he said EXR won't reach 15c by years end. Considering the share price gained around 23% from the low of Monday I think he's dreaming if he thinks we won't reach 15c. I'd say we should get closer to 51c.
If the company can market the announcements in a manner readable by mere mortals then the market is less likely to take a dump on news it doesn't know how to interpret.
Great to read Neil buying on market, shows confidence. I look forward to hearing from the board next week.
