I may be being a tad pedantic LandF, if so I apologise, but they are not options (as in options to purchase). They are rights, albeit they had to be exercised by end Nov "18 (thereabouts). There is no purchase price to be paid as they were granted in lieu of a previous (part) salary entitlement which of course meant that at the time, MAY could apply the cash to business expenses.
