I am just surprised he did not do so sooner (I would have in his position).

The ‘loan’ will be interesting. If the price falls too much the lender could sell the shares offered as security, but if so the major shareholder will not have actually sold the shares.

So the intention from the previous announcement will have technically been maintained (even though for other shareholders this would be effectively the same result and I think many were expecting he would sell earlier and more).....

And by my quick math, in my view the ‘key level’ for the loan security is a bit lower than what you suggest (I think about 9.5 cents)..
