I hope you are right, I'm not sure if releasing reserves will necessarily help. They need to declare dividend!
Last quarter they had $1,692m of capital, PCA of $1,036m, and top end of target surplus of $201m.
If my understanding is correct this would mean they have $455m available to return as dividends (40% of market cap)... is anyone able to confirm this is correct?
