How did Kevin Perkins acquire 5.86% of CKF? Did CKF buy the rights to operate sizzler in Australia/asia from him? He owns sizzler US?
When kevin sells other directors buy. Any reason why the market sees this as irrelevant? Should we be concerned for the future of CKF if Kevin is selling?
FYI I am just doing my DD before buying in. I feel like Taco bell is going to conquer the Mexican fast food market here in aus. I also assume there will be resurrection of sizzler in australia at some point.
