You'd bother so that people get confidence from inside buys, its the only reason.
Don't know that we get much confidence from such a small amount. It's like they've sat around the table and said that they all need to buy shares to show confidence in the business. They think that the number of buys is important but the dollar amount also says portrays confidence.
