This comes as no surprise.
Today we see the 3Y - over three weeks after the fact, but only for Delphi Unternehmensberatung as Hansjoerg Plaggemars is a Director.
Deutsche Balaton can sell without notice as Hansjoerg Plaggemars is not a Director, unless they reduce their holding by more than 1% of voting rights which is ~ 16,000,000 shares.
Given the volume of shares traded over 8.8c on 16/2 and 19/2, I'm pretty confident they were selling too.
Based on this, and their history, I think the chance of a CR in the near future has increased.
The question is will it be prior to the Cerenergy DFS announcement and/or other positive news?
Uwe said the DFS will be released late March/early April so IMO a CR would be not long after.
The cynic in me thinks they'll go when Balaton is ready.
