IIRC the Australian Shareholders' Association's policy is for Directors within three years of their appointment to hold shares equivalent in value (presumably at the time of purchase) to one year's director's fees.
The very sports-minded Mr Dalton (well done for support of what in 2024 is an ailing Richmond Football Club in the AFL) is not there yet, but a decent staff.
Good to see Directors' financial interests aligned with SH even if it's only a very small percentage of the former's total financial or other assets.
