Not sure how the director bought at $5 on 23 Sept when the highest it traded was $4.94 unless the brokerage (would have to be more than 1%) happened to exactly equal 6 cps. Presumably 23 Sept was settlement date not trade date which must mean bought on 21 Sept at the open
