Unfortunately, I believe that it is more like 83.16% since there are 344,290,053 shares on issue as of 1 September 2023 and that doesn't include today.
He acquired very few shares on market today since most if not all shares that traded at $0.84 at the market opening were not from his bid although that was similar yesterday yet he still managed to acquire a significant number of shares off market. It's going to be a long grind for everyone as we continue to monitor the Change of Director's Interest and Substantial Holder Notices.
The concern is that every share he acquires is one less share any of us minority shareholders are able to acquire. The buying on market today was at least encouraging.
