Not sure if others have realised or if I am wrong, but many of those plants where due to open 6 months ago. I don't know the reason they have been delayed. The skeptic in me thinks it was intentional. I haven been reviewing the plants using nearmap and seeing the progress and even driving past the Victorian ones. It would be interesting to see if they have held off invoices to make last half numbers look worse. Only someone working for them in accounts can let us know.
