From what I can gather, the lowest price in the period of the "release statement 29/03/2024" was 84.5c so technically no shares were purchased on market by Bennamon Industries for that period (see below).
It would be nice to know of those accepting the offer, in how long they have owned their PGH shares and their motivation to lose money and wait longer for the funds?
Maybe the brokerage for a small parcel that would attract the minimum brokerage fee, but when the CommSec brokerage is $5 for under $1000, why would you bother? - Filling out the acceptance forms is way more time consuming than selling on market.
Who is buying on market above the 84c, because according to the statement below, it can not be Bennamon Industries ?
