The rate of accumulation continues to have practically stalled. The last 3Y was filed on 19 March 2024, so in the past 3.5 weeks, RG has only accumulated 477,129 shares, which is equivalent to 0.1386%.

Based on my calculations, RG now holds 87.39% and still requires 8,969,147 shares to reach 90%.

On 5 April 2024, the Eleventh Supplementary Bidder’s Statement was filed and stated that RG had a relevant interest of 87.33% as of 4 April 2024. That implies that in the past week, he has only increased his holdings by 0.06%.
