Because this week of the letter sent out by Pact, and no 3Y notice until now, I don't think it worthwhile to check the register yet, because let's say if RG put it up the notice like today, the real data wouldn't update to CS until few days later. Now that his notice is up, I can put in the form to check the data. May be sometimes end of next week.

But I am really surprise that no retract shares has been declared yet, but I will double check it by next week upon my inspection.

So far, this week trading on market is slow, and even by off-market trading indicates from here onward, his acceptance rate is even slower. I think the remaining 9 millions shares is impossible to dig up. Imagine we top 200 holders on average of 15k to 200 k shares/each account consider to be a chunk size already. Getting to 1 million shares (0.33%) is tough and that's exactly what happened to RG to climb from 87% to 87.39% especially when his final price is at 84 cents which is unattractive. How much can RG gain more shares? I doubt it given the slow acceptance rate.

I think at the same time on the market, there are someone buying in big at 84.5 cents and if that some one is either Manipur or our HC parties , we might be also up in percentage too. If User123, Manipur and an individual account still hold on to their shares, our starting point is from 8.233% and gaining.
