As you say, it’s a big relief that there was no new substantial sh notice this morning. It’s interesting that RG chose to provide a 3Y today: as far I know he was not required to do so. His records ought to be more up to date than Computershare's, so I think you can safely take 87.92% as being the correct holding as of last night.

The difference of 172, 789 v CS register is not surprising. His 3Y showed a change of 191,739 during yesterday. It’s likely that CS can pickup and process immediately changes for ASX trades (and he said he bought some on market yesterday) but CS would probably be a day behind in processing the off-market acceptances that first go to Link on behalf of bidder, and then they tell CS. The 172K difference is probably a day’s worth of off- market acceptances.
