he managed to get under .1% of out of approximately .2% total volumes trading in the last few days. He started buying just 1 day after the released news. I am wondering does this constitute to the term 'market manipulation' here?
Now everyone sees he's buying, for me, i even take longer to think what price i want to sell, hmm maybe .84 cents * 3.5 =$2.94/share.
