Richard Cottee would NOT throw another $200K in - unless he KNOWS the SP is going to go north. This is a great announcement as it practically represents "a really good insider briefing" for us. OF COURSE IT SHOULD BE PRICE SENSITIVE !!! I also notice a few more exercising options over past days. This indicates clearly that those doing so are very confident in EXR's future - just as I am. This stock will make everyone who bought big parcels at the bottom and can afford to sit tight on their LONG TERM INVESTMENT, very wealthy. GO EXR !!!
