Maybe - these are just performance rights (part of their salary package). It does technically dilute the value of existing stock but not by a significant amount in the grand scheme of things. By itself its not enough to justify an 8% drop in the price. The drop is more likely from people taking short term profits after the recent upwards movement in SP.
