was tempted last weekend to visit a mate up at Moree who told me about the gallops at Garah, now there's a place I reckon you havent heard of, but decided too far a drive from south coast although would have been a great day out, usually the Fashions in the Field are the highlight of picnic race meetings...havent heard from Nifty Nev since his invitation so he may be sleeping it off at Talmoi Hilton?

if LSR do the right thing, or more particularly Contessa does, by end of July then I might shout myself a trip to the big smoke for a look around Sydney, might go to Harold Park - is it still there there?

mind you it all might depend on tomorrows result...wrong way and we will all be retreating to the cellar to withstand 3 years of hardship...
