SN & the team have been doing an excellent job. Across the ASX though the incentives for directors are a joke. Being based on current share price is a bit of a joke. There should be bonuses tied to specific targets e.g. WE production. Maybe STX can take the lead on this and address it accordingly.
The next two years could really setup this company and all shareholders would want the drivers of that rewarded accordingly
