Yes dont bash the guy , he is the head of a good team doing a great job in difficult circumstances. He has to meet the criteria to receive the shares and the current share price is not his fault. Perhaps concentrate on the positives the team are achieving instead at navel gazing at the share price. It will go down it will go up, but what really matters is the real or true value of the company. And indeed the potential value of the company once it is fully priced.
Thats my view any way.
