For what it's worth, I've got a theory on what's causing lithium pressure.

Jim Chanos (a famous US hedge fund guy) put out a letter today comparing recent action at Tesla to Enron. Mind you, he's been a Tesla bear for a long time.

I think there are a lot of lithium investors who are basing their demand forecasts on Tesla Model 3... and they have been having problems meeting production targets.

That being said, from what I understand, the major EV driver is China not Tesla.

So, that's my theory, take it for what's it's worth (probably nothing!)
