If you guys actually made the effort to call Shane you'd be informed that this holding is a 'joint' account with him and ex- wife, and last week a court forced the order to liquidate all joint assets. Shane said he would be buying back in his personal name though.
Next time, instead of your hypothetical scenarios, pick up the phone.
