    Absolutely....

    And because Neil is still attached to EXR as number one Top 20 and also has a lot of stock in form of Golden Horde, that what will be interesting here..... Stuart did hint here on the sale of an asset... which is Mongolia and the deal?

    Unfortunately might be a cheap deal with Neil.... it might be sold for peanuts..... as Neil and his convicted partner in Mongolia has already all set up for the grand finale.... The Market will only have confidence on EXR when this mob is totaly out of EXR.... and Stuart knows it....

    The only clue you will have in public and on the latest presentation:

    17.05 - 17.11 minutes: ..."sale of a royalty of some of our assets".... = Mongolia to Neil and his buddy... for peanuts!
