Cannot agree more. A lot of investors underrate these BOD related announcements, but effectively Bizzell is an insider whose interest are still very much aligned to this company, so much so, that he is willing to gear-up his holdings... cannot be a bigger signal to holders hinting that the true intrinsic value of this stock is yet to be realized, ie plenty of upside remaining for short to long term holders....
