My Call is with all these Performance Shares being issued ... like now on a Friday aftermarket.... with everything else we know about MinRes or BPT apparently fning with the SP ....... IMO as TO offer is imminent !!!
AWE did exactly the same thing ... 2 weeks prior to their first offer they did a CR and issued Performance shares ... and then the offers came.
My gut tells me ... the first of several offers may just lob in Monday morning pre market.
Pure Spec .. Just reading the tea leaves is all !!!
