Seriously....!? No one knows what his financial position is, but presumably he didn't have resources on hand, and just because he's a CEO doesn't mean he has access to some magic pudding. No, it wouldn't have helped sp over the day, but I thought it was pretty clear and reasonable and not likely meaningful in the bigger scheme of things. I think Stuart has showed his dedication and support to the business and shareholders consistently for some time. Move on.
