Hey googs, yes they do but the qtrly installments is calculated based on previous year's return. So the CGT associated with exercising his share options won't be part of his qtrly. In fact, it won't even be part of his next year's installments either because if one is confident it is a one-off (which it is), his accountant can adjust the installment amount proposed by ATO
