Whether he bought 1 share or a million the key point here is the timing. It's a pretty strong hint that there is unlikely to be an imminent price sensitive announcement coming about the partial sell off of their upcoming new mines as it seems like some people think this will be announced prior to ownership actually changing hands from BHP to WHC in early April.
