yes all this means is that even the Goyder's need money to spend and LTR has not YET received a formal offer because if he had he couldn't sell yet. That doesn't mean he doesn't expect one sometime, until he gets one he can sell. He could be locked out for months from selling if LTR is in negotiations or there is a take over battle, sounds like a good time to sell to me to squirrel away some funds for the winter until perhaps he can sell again.
