Hi JB
When Tony joined the company we gave him a sign on bonus of 5,000,000 share options ( plus other performance stuff). He just took up half of them as they were due today.
The rest are due next year..
but he didnt have the cash to pay for 2,500,000 so he took 1,650,000 odd for free instead.
