I'm not impressed reading that notification.
Being told to hold on to the shares and look forward to the divis, to then find that they had agreed to sell the company. Yes- I did read the announcement- somewhat sugar coated IMHO.
I did sell over 95% off my total holding around the $3.00 mark, but have since repurchased them. I like LTR, the product, but the faith I once had in the board is gone.
TO must live a very lavish lifestyle for him having to sell shares at this very difficult time for the company.
