well see it from that perspective, if he can archive ALL performance rights available, then you as a holder will be laughing.
then again he didn’t sell at a high, could have done it also at the 3$ mark… to lose less shares so overall. I think they are still legit. And probably makes sense to pay from the source the taxes occurring from
