Incredibly difficult lithium environment past 18 months. In that time he has overseen construction and commissioning of the most advanced, ESG credentialed lithium mine in the world. All this whilst consistently seeking better funding alternatives in the face of likely sp/market undermining by the major shareholder.
TO is a star. If he ever seeks another CEO role, he will be able to name his own price. He didn’t have Ken Brindsen doing the early hard yards for him either.
