SP probably doesn't reflect the actual reality at this point, specifically the forward looking reality. CVT is positioned to ramp up sales of it's main product and book revenue from cipherpoint. Hopefully they deliver. The following link has video of Ted Pretty speaking about CVT's current position.
Problem is the TA. Looks terrible. A tilted head and shoulders pattern which is considered very bearish and will naturally sideline buyers. However with CVTs actual position we can expect a reversal anytime. Buyers will know there's value at these levels.
