These healthcare stocks have a habit of running way past fair value in my opinion. If they've got a quality product and market share, they can be priced at 20 to 30 times PE. I'm not saying LHC will be, but to get beyond $4 they'd need a solid 1H16 and that's looking pretty good with the way things are going.
